Oftaga is software that runs on your own computer and places orders on your own Kraken account, following the rules you choose in the app. It includes the Bull Run app, a crypto basket and optional sell signals. Oftaga is a tool, not a financial service.
Nothing in Oftaga, on this website or in any message from us is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The basket and sell signals are information only; you decide whether to act on them. Crypto is volatile and you can lose some or all of the money you use. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no promise of any gain.
Your money stays in your own Kraken account at all times. Oftaga never holds your funds, and the app refuses any Kraken API key that allows withdrawals. You are responsible for your Kraken account, for keeping your computer on and connected, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
Oftaga is sold through Whop: a one-time setup fee, then a monthly subscription, at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. If your subscription ends, the app stops making new purchases, but everything you own stays in your Kraken account and you can still sell it from the app or from Kraken. Refunds follow Whop's policies and the terms shown at checkout.
Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use Oftaga on your own computer for your own account. You may not resell, share or copy it.
Oftaga is provided "as is". Software, exchanges and networks can fail, be delayed or behave unexpectedly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange outages, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
We may update Oftaga and these terms. Significant changes will be announced before they apply.
