Privacy Policy

Oftaga is built to know as little about you as possible.

On your computer

The Oftaga app runs on your computer. Your Kraken API keys, balances, orders and history are stored on your computer only. They are never sent to us. The app talks directly to Kraken to place your orders.

What we receive

Subscription check. To confirm your subscription is active, the app sends your Whop sign-in token or your license key to our license server (hosted on Cloudflare), which asks Whop. We don't store them and we don't receive your trading data.
Signals and basket. The app downloads a public file with the current basket and signals. This request contains no personal data.
Payment. Payments are handled by Whop. We receive what Whop shares with sellers (such as your name and email) under Whop's own privacy policy.
Discord alerts (optional). If you add your own Discord webhook in the app, your alerts are sent to your Discord channel, not to us.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Your choices

You can delete the app and its data from your computer at any time. For anything related to your purchase, contact us through your Oftaga membership on Whop.
